One Sunday, I needed to get some work done but I didn't want to do it in my apartment. So I opted out of my apartment for a more vibrant space. You know, where the walls are decorated with graffiti murals and eclectic vibes. I knew that I wanted to spend the day in Dr Smood.
I believe this was one of my Instagram discoveries. You know, the places or things you screenshot and store in your gallery to access for later. I have so many Instagram discoveries. My goal with discovered places is to visit them, take photos and post. Isn't that what social media is about?
This newly opened smart food destination is in Wynwood (moments away from where Art Walk takes place). The space is open, inviting with seating and has lots of natural light flowing in. The fridge wall is filled with fresh goodies as well. The staff there were super cool and made sure I was okay throughout the day. I got my press articles done and was fueled by the good food: Organic Dr Smood H2O No. 5, Cold Turkey Sandwich and the Organic DrS Cacao Shake. They were all great choices and recommended. I was there from 12pm-7pm and it was equipped with wi-fi and good energy.
