If you can't go to Bella Noche, you can go to The Radio Bar in Baton Rouge. I can't promise you that Lil Boosie or Kevin Gates will be there. I know that there will be an entire selection of great rums and a nicely curated drink menu.
My really, really, really good friend Cordal and I made a stop here one night during the holiday break. He took me here and it was giving me San Francisco local bar vibes. I never anticipated this unique place being in Baton Rouge. At any rate, we talked, sipped and watch the bartenders mix it up. I wonder what this place looks like during LSU football season. Check it out if you're in the area. It's on Government Street near the Time Warp thrift store.
