I went to #ComplexCon where I had an exclusive #partnership with @TheFlyerKid. We arrived at 7:15AM, Saturday, and waited for the next 30 minutes at the end of a line. This line was like one you would see in an airport. The TSA type line contained a few hundred people. Around 7:46AM there was pandemonium once registration finally opened. See my almost viral tweet with video here. It was so calm until "joogers" "jooged" the line. After posting the tweet, I later discovered that this was something common in the street wear/wait in line for shoe drops culture. To my surprise I found it interesting that the ComplexCon Crew in black t-shits were confused and took very little action to get the line back in order.
This was early look into what my ComplexCon experience would be like. To say the least, there were lines everywhere, major congestion and wait times. However, the $14 Ciroc drink at the Ciroc Lounge relieved me for a short while. Despite these happenings, I was able to enjoy the N.E.R.D. album listening party after an hour and 45 minute wait. I did eat very well at Free Range food truck. Enough reading, here's a few photos from the experience. More #OnGoogleMaps. Tweet me if you were at ComplexCon.
