I wake up at 7:30am daily without an alarm. Then I turn my phone off airplane mode and wait for all the notifications roll in. Before I get excited and reply, I force myself out of bed. Rushing to put my workout gear on, I give myself 5 minutes to get ready. At this time I grab my phone and 1 liter of water for the walk. Opening the door I see the weather conditions for the first time and go. Ten minutes of light cardio, fresh air and Snapchat and my day begins.
