I like to take shots of my moments I create at home. So when I went through my iPhone 4 pics and saw this meal I prepared, I was impressed. The point of this blog is to share a quick meal idea. Screenshot if you would like. I think my dinner guest, on this night, wanted to have salmon and friend rice so I made this simple meal. Brown rice, scallions, dill, coconut oil, pink Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper and shrimp are the ingredients.
